Tracy Poynter serves as Ovation Technology Group's President in charge of accounting and all back office operations. She is also in charge of HR and hiring Ovation's growing staff of talented technicians and support personnel.

A graduate of Indiana University, Tracy is the mother of four. After working for many years as an elementary school teacher, she still enjoys volunteering at her daughters' school and staying involved with church activities.
Chris Chandler, Ovation Technology Group's long time COO is a 22 year industry veteran with a deep seated passion for IT technologies and helping companies find the exact right IT and telecom solutions for their growing businesses.
With an office wall bedecked with certification plaques from many of the world's best technology companies (Zultys, ESI, Cisco and Polycom to name just few), Chris has developed himself and his team to become a respected, in- demand mainstay of the Columbus business technology community.
A graduate of Indiana University and the father of six, Chris has always been active in his church and has enjoyed many years of coaching his kids' basketball, football and volleyball teams. He and Ovation have also been long time supporters and contributors to countless Columbus area non-profit ventures and community activities.
